Learn to prepare authentic Mexican dishes with fresh seafood in this team building activity with Chef Luis. You and your team will work together to prepare a four-course menu of flavorful dishes like ceviche and fish tacos. You'll begin by chopping up the ceviche for an appetizer, followed by preparing warm empanadas stuffed with a savory mixture of chicken and tomatillos. Then, you'll learn to season and cook fish for fish tacos topped with a smoky homemade chipotle sauce. Finally, you'll prepare a creamy traditional Mexican flan for dessert.

Chef Luis was amazing. I booked him for a surprise birthday party for my wife. We made a four course Greek dinner. Five star experience and one my wife will never forget. Guys, if you want to impress your lady, I highly recommend this experience and if you are in the Salt Lake market, you have to bid Chef Luis!!
