Team Building Activity: Grillmaster Classics

Bump up your grillmaster status with a cooking class led by Chef Aaron. He shares culinary expertise as he teaches you how to prepare, char and sear a variety of recipes. Start with grilled crostini with pimento cheese and cheddar. Next, you'll learn how to spatchcock, or butterfly, chicken for a perfect grilling surface. Sides include red potato salad with dill and Dijon, red cabbage cole slaw and corn-on-the-cob. Finish with a sweet serving of coconut ice cream topped with grilled pineapple.

This was an awesome class that flowed very nicely! I took my 10 yo daughter and she said it was the coolest experience ever! Chef Aaron was very helpful and the location was very accommodating.
