This team building activity takes you to the heart of France as you learn how to create classic French recipes using authentic techniques. Chef Nadina will guide your group as you prepare a traditional niçoise salad with fresh tuna, butter lettuce, tomatoes and green beans. Next, you'll make a savory chicken fricassee with mushrooms, carrots and white wine. Dessert is a thick and fruity raspberry clafoutis with eggs, grated lemon and confectioners' sugar.
