Team Building Activity: Sushi and Tsukemono From Scratch
Chef Andy shares his skills and knowledge of homemade sushi in this team building activity. You'll work together with your team to learn how to roll a variety of sushi and make other Japanese recipes from scratch. First, you'll practice knife and pickling skills by preparing a varied spread of tsukemono. You'll use seasonal fish and vegetables to make maki rolls topped with wasabi mayo, oyster sauce and panko crumbs. Dessert is a fun and sweet treat of homemade matcha ice cream.

We had a great time. Chef Andy explains everything very clearly and answers all questions. His class was a lot of fun and we will be taking another one.
