Team Building Activity: Teamwork, Tagliatelle and Tiramisu
Ditch the boring team-building exercises and try this culinary team building activity instead.
You and your team will whip up an entire Sardinian menu from scratch, starting with homemade Sardinian ravioli with ragu or smoky salmon, zucchini and Sardinian caviar. Then, you'll make fresh and vibrant salads that go beautifully with your main course. To wrap up, you'll craft a decadent dessert of either milk or dark chocolate mousse. Along the way, you and your crew will sharpen your communication and collaboration skills as you experience firsthand how teamwork can turn good dishes into great ones. Plus, you get to eat everything at the end!

Chef Francesca’s pasta making class was an amazing experience! She is very warm and welcoming while also incredibly knowledgeable about authentic Italian cooking. She shared a recipe from her home island Sardinia which was delicious! Would definitely recommend her classes to beginner cooks and experienced cooks, no matter what you will walk away with a smile, new knowledge, and a full stomach!
