Forget boring trust falls — this hands-on cooking class is the ultimate team building activity!
With the talented Chef Francesca as your guide, you'll prepare Italian-inspired dishes like your choice of truffle-drizzled pasta or pasta pesto. Also on the menu is your choice of zesty Mediterranean salmon or beef tagliatelle with fragrant herbs, and for dessert, you'll make delicious strawberry tiramisu with limoncello. But it’s not just about the food. While you chop, mix and plate, your team will sharpen their collaboration skills, flex their creative muscles and learn how different perspectives make for the best results, both in and out of the kitchen.

Chef Francesca’s pasta making class was an amazing experience! She is very warm and welcoming while also incredibly knowledgeable about authentic Italian cooking. She shared a recipe from her home island Sardinia which was delicious! Would definitely recommend her classes to beginner cooks and experienced cooks, no matter what you will walk away with a smile, new knowledge, and a full stomach!

Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
