Chinese cuisine is beloved worldwide, and there’s no better way to enjoy it than by cooking it with your team during this engaging culinary challenge. Join Chef Li as you explore the rich flavors and aromas of regional Chinese cuisine using authentic Asian ingredients and techniques. Start by dicing a smashed cucumber salad infused with ginger, cinnamon and spring onions. Then, learn pan-frying methods to prepare fresh meat and seasonal vegetable dumplings. Mix and simmer a hearty mushroom soup before creating a mild yet flavorful kung pao chicken entrée. Finish with a sweet red bean and goji berry dessert soup. This hands-on experience is perfect for bonding, strengthening collaboration and savoring the diverse flavors of China.

We enjoyed our class very much! Chef Li gave us excellent instructions, the food was portioned out appropriately for each couple, and we had lots of room at our cooking station. We sat at a communal table in her lovely home, which made it cozy and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And, we even got a special treat since it was Valentines Day.

Meet your chef
Chef Li is an experienced chef who has cooked and studied all around the world. She was formerly based in Singapore, where she offered private cooking classes as well as corporate cooking events. Now Chef Li offers cooking classes in the US, although her style is influenced by her international background. Although Chef Li specializes in traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, she welcomes students of all culinary backgrounds and loves the chance to open their minds to new cooking styles.
