Invite your colleagues to step away from the office and enjoy a flavorful team-building activity that will tempt everyone’s taste buds. Join Chef Greg on a collaborative culinary journey through Spain’s rich food culture. Work side-by-side with your team, sharpening kitchen skills, leadership abilities and problem-solving techniques while creating an array of authentic Spanish tapas. Start with refreshing tomato and watermelon skewers, followed by a chilled gazpacho. Enjoy stuffed olives and crisp tomato-topped bread before diving into the star of the show: traditional paella infused with fresh herbs and bold aromas. This hands-on experience sparks conversation, strengthens bonds and offers your team a fresh perspective as you explore and savor the vibrant flavors of Spain.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Watermelon and Tomato Skewer

If I could rate Greg 10 stars I would. My husband and I bought his cooking class for our parents to do together and they all had a blast! They only had great things to say about Greg and his cooking. Greg- thank you for being so great to our parents. They loved you!

The food was very tasty and the chef was very nice. Very nice conversations. There really wasn't any class/ teaching component, and despite multiple emails to chef through the website, I never got a response. Also we were supposed to get the recipes from the chef, but never got it from the chef.

Greg was Professional and proficient. The meal turned out awesome and we loved the conversation while we cooked. Highly recommend chef Greg.
