Your team will dive into the art of tapa-making, blending flavors from different cultures and regions. Teamwork and collaboration are key as you create aromatic small plates inspired by international traditions. Start in Peru with empanadas filled with premium beef, ripe olives and sweet-tart raisins. Then, craft pan con tomate, a spiced Spanish-style bruschetta, followed by tortilla Española stuffed with confit potatoes and caramelized onions. End your journey with refreshing tuna poke topped with tamari, sesame and scallions. Strengthen bonds, spark creativity and create lasting memories with your team in this team building activity.

If I could rate Greg 10 stars I would. My husband and I bought his cooking class for our parents to do together and they all had a blast! They only had great things to say about Greg and his cooking. Greg- thank you for being so great to our parents. They loved you!

The food was very tasty and the chef was very nice. Very nice conversations. There really wasn't any class/ teaching component, and despite multiple emails to chef through the website, I never got a response. Also we were supposed to get the recipes from the chef, but never got it from the chef.

Greg was Professional and proficient. The meal turned out awesome and we loved the conversation while we cooked. Highly recommend chef Greg.
