Get into the holiday spirit by mastering authentic crêpes in this team building activity with Chef Legina!
In this festive team-building experience, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to master two crêpe styles: French sweet crêpes and Swedish savory crêpes. Kick things off with a sweet French crêpe, combining lemon, cream cheese, vanilla and berries for a delicious flavor profile. Then, team up to create a savory Swedish crêpe filled with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and Gruyère cheese. Bond, laugh and bring these new culinary skills back to the office or home to enjoy anytime!

Chef Legina & her assistant were so engaging and made making our crepes a lot of fun! Both the savory & sweet crepes were delicious!

My husband and I had a great experience with Chef Legian and her Sous Chef. We took the crepe class and it did not disappoint. We learned a lot and enjoyed some great food. Best of all, I am super excited to now make crepes at home. We will definitely be taking another class soon.

With a pastry chef degree from the prestigious culinary arts school Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Legina has amassed over a decade of experience as a chef instructor and private chef. She's adept at curating fun cooking classes for date nights, teaching expert bread-making skills, curating menus for corporate parties, cooking classic Creole cuisine and more.
