This hands-on team building activity will have your team embracing their inner sushi chef.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Jason, you'll work together and learn the techniques to make sushi from scratch. You'll learn knife skills to slice and chop fresh vegetables and sushi-grade fish. Work in small teams to create the perfect seasoned sushi rice. Then, spread your sushi on nori sheets and layer your ingredients to make a variety of sushi rolls. Enjoy your handmade feast along with a sweet homemade ice cream prepared by Chef Jason. Your team will master essential kitchen skills while also improving communication and collaboration skills that will be a benefit in the office.
