Team Building Activity: Sweet Treats for a Festive Holiday

An infusion of festive flavor will be on full display in this hands-on team building activity. 


Under the guidance of Chef Ridic, you'll learn how to make sweet treats to get into the holiday spirit. Begin the class by enjoying a charcuterie board featuring apples and cranberries prepared by Chef Ridic in advance. Dive into a feast with your choice of savory main course, such as turkey with homemade cranberry sauce and gravy, bourbon honey glazed baked ham or cheese and herb stuffed flank steak, with a classic side dish of mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. Then, break into teams for the dessert competition. You'll decorate traditional sugar and gingerbread cookies and craft a chocolate bark with various toppings, including nuts and dried fruit. 


Improve communication and collaboration skills during this friendly competition and revel in your newfound culinary skills.
