Team Building Activity: Festive Charcuterie Board Challenge

Enjoy a flavorful holiday with the tips and tricks learned in this team building activity. 


Under the expert guidance of Chef Vivian and Michi, you'll learn how to create a charcuterie board that's perfect for your festive celebrations. You'll begin the class by learning the basics of creating a charcuterie board. Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you how to choose meats, cheese and accompaniments. You'll learn how to mix and match colors and textures to create an aesthetically pleasing board. Then, master the art of using salami and prosciutto to make roses for an elevated presentation. You'll also learn how to pair different types of wines with a variety of meats and cheeses. Finally, break into teams for the charcuterie challenge and work together to build custom boards with brie, Manchego, prosciutto, fruit, pickles, nuts, bread and more.


MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Absolutely adored our experience! It was my husband and I’s 7 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Chef Vivian and Michi went above and beyond our expectations from the comfort of us feeling at home in their cozy abode to their individual attention to each individual to ensure complete understanding of the process. I am So excited to make my own homemade pasta at home! We will most definitely be back to see them for more lessons!

It was a fun experience for me to learn how to make Gyoza for the 1st time. Chefs Vivian and Michi were very enthusiastic and patient. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class a lot. I love the potato salad and couldn’t help eating it nonestoppably. I had a blast!
