Team Building Activity: The Holiday Charcuterie Showdown
Your holiday will get a little more festive and delicious during this hands-on team building activity.
Join Chef David to learn how to assemble a charcuterie board like a professional for your next holiday gathering. The class will begin by learning the basics of building a charcuterie board. Chef David will teach you how to choose meats, cheese, condiments and accompaniments and lay them out to make aesthetically pleasing presentations. Mix and match textures, colors and flavors for a stunning board. Then, you'll learn how to transform prosciutto and salami into cured meat roses and master the art of cutting soft and hard cheeses into different cuts. Chef David will also provide tips on pairing wine with different meats and cheeses. Finally, you'll break into groups and use communication and collaboration skills to build a custom charcuterie board to enjoy together.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Ingredient options include brie, gouda, Manchego, blue cheese, prosciutto, salami, fruit, vegetables, pickles, nuts, olives, jams, mustards, bread, crackers, dips and seasonal items
