In this fun cooking class, Chef Adrian will teach your group how to create the perfect guacamole and salsa using fresh ingredients like avocado, tomato, cilantro and jalapeño. Once everyone has mastered the basics, your team will split into groups for a friendly competition, adding their own twists with a variety of mix-ins like mango, habanero and corn. With a spread of tasty dippers, this is the perfect way to bring flavor and fun to the table!

Great meal and teaching; it was just cold on the night we went and one of the heaters was broken. The class was in a tent. Everything else was five stars

I found this class while searching for date ideas, and remembered my partner telling me that he didn’t know how to make French toast. This class was so fun. Chef Adrian was very patient, and answered all questions. Everything was set up perfectly. My partner did such a good job, and is now making French toast on his own. So glad I didn’t have to teach him how lol
