Join this exhilarating team-building activity where you'll step into the shoes of a top chef in a friendly culinary competition led by the talented Chef Ridic. In this dynamic class, you'll start by mastering the art of making fresh, authentic pasta from scratch, using simple ingredients like flour, eggs and olive oil. Once your dough is perfected, the challenge begins! Work alongside your teammates to create the most innovative and delicious pasta dish in the room. With a variety of mix-ins like chicken, sausage, shrimp, mushrooms and spinach, and two classic sauces, Alfredo and Marinara, you'll have endless possibilities to craft a winning dish.

We had so much fun at our Italian cooking class with Chef Ridic. He gave us lots of great tips during the class. I learned so much! Now I need to go buy all the tools we used. :)

We had such a great time! Riddic was kind and informative. He answered questions and gave suggestions how you could make your own substitutions. We would highly recommend taking a class. It was a great experience.

We had a total blast with Chef Ridic! The recipes were delicious and super accessible. We learned some fun skills along the way (knife, the order for sauteeing veggies, etc.) I now have a fun party trick in making ceviche for group events. We had a lot of leftovers for the next day too. Ridic is very talented and we had a ton of fun hanging out with him. Highly, highly recommend! We'll definitely have him join us for another event soon!

Chef Ridic was a prodigious teacher and garnered a fantastic environment to allow each participant to enjoy themselves. Learning how to prepare and cook pasta was easier than I thought, and my wife and I enjoyed the experience immensely.

Our group had a great time here and enjoyed meeting the other people who were cooking with us. The chef Ridic Wells was personable and knowledgeable and gave a lot of great general cooking tips while making delicious carbonara. Everything was well organized and fun.

Ridic know his stuff, that being said I think that the class is too big and he doesn't have enough time to really go around and work with everyone. He disappeared a few times which didn't help either. The comments made about how expensive buying all the ingredients were and how he did it with his own money was strange. If you think your time is worth more then charge more for the class, but to try and make those who came to the class feel bad about this was out of line.

Chef Ridic was great! As for the class itself I think providing some appetizers might be an excellent idea. Good food takes time but making it also makes you hungry, or even adding something easy to make while the pasta sits for 30min. Getting another cook station would be good too, it would give more people a chance to be involved throughout the whole process. Overall we had a great time though!

This class was very interesting and educational. I would definitely give it a 10/10. Ridic was very attentive to each and every one of us. He helped us with any questions and created a fun and exciting atmosphere during his class. The instructions were easy to follow, and the hands-on approach allowed us to learn the technique much faster. At the end, we got to eat the fruits of our labor, it was the most delicious pasta I have ever had. I will definitely be making it at home later on. If you have not taken a cooking class yet, I would suggest you take one with Ridic!!! Big thanks to the chef!

Chef Ridic was awesome! He was kind, easy to talk to, and open to feedback. He taught us the basics of how to prepare each course and then let us do the rest ourselves with some help from him. It was great having a cooking class come to us. I’d definitely use Class Pop and Chef Ridic again.

Chef Ridic showed me how to make a roux for a gumbo. I had no idea there were several different kinds of rouxs. Learning how to make sauces and roux are something I have been trying to gain more skills and knowledge on. Thanks Chef Ridic for helping me with this.
