It was a very hands-on class, but very rewarding! We made 3 dumpling doughs by scratch and used filo dough for the dessert one. Basic cooking skills needed, like kneading, dicing, and mincing. Looking forward to our next class!

Chef Chris is phenomenal! My husband and I had a wonderful date night learning the art of quick and easy homemade favorites! Chris is very patient and explanatory in the kitchen. If you are looking to learn the basics while having fun this class is for you. No matter your kitchen level experience this class is for you.

From dishwashing to management and hospitality, Chef Chris has extensive experience in all areas of a professional kitchen. He has an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. He began his professional career working under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in Miami. During this time, Chef Chris gained the finesse and expertise to take command as a true culinary leader.Â
