It was a very hands-on class, but very rewarding! We made 3 dumpling doughs by scratch and used filo dough for the dessert one. Basic cooking skills needed, like kneading, dicing, and mincing. Looking forward to our next class!

Chef Chris is phenomenal! My husband and I had a wonderful date night learning the art of quick and easy homemade favorites! Chris is very patient and explanatory in the kitchen. Oh what fun! Chef Chris made this such a wonderful experience. He was so organized and professional. My husband and I had the best time! Chef Chris was very patient and trained us his safe food handling techniques. The time flew by and before we knew it, we were enjoying our EASY home cooked meal. I highly recommend Chef Chris!
