The class begins by simmering Marseille-style shrimp in white wine, tomato and aromatic fennel. Next, work together to create a chicken Dijon made creamy with crème fraîche and flavored with yellow onions and garlic. On the side, decadent potato gratin with a sauce made from Swiss and Parmesan cheeses and heavy cream. Indulge with zesty crêpes Suzette made with orange liquor for dessert. With each dish, you'll improve communication and collaboration skills. Enjoy the feast you made together together while bonding in a fun environment.
