Loved the class! Even as an experienced home cook I learned a lot from Chef Yosef. I really liked the mix of history of each dish and easy preparation with delicious results. Very large portions of 4 different pastas. Would definitely take another class from him.

Chef Yosef is a skilled chef with a B.S. in Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York. His career spans roles as a head chef and owner-operator, most recently running his own private catering business in Palo Alto, CA. His professional journey has taken him through multiple food service roles, where he developed a knack for menu creation, especially in settings requiring attention to dietary restrictions. Additionally, Chef Yosef shares his culinary skills as a food instructor, enriching others with his extensive knowledge and passion for food.
