Team Building Activity: The Ultimate Pasta Competition
Bond outside the office and engage in some friendly competition during this team building activity. Led by Chef Jasmine, your team will build communication and collaboration skills as they make pasta from scratch. First, you'll learn how to make fresh pasta using flour, eggs and water. Next, master the technique of kneading, rolling and shaping the dough before cooking it. Whip up two sauces: a classic marinara with crushed tomatoes and a creamy alfredo sauce. Then, break into teams and compete to make the most delicious dish by adding mix-ins like mushrooms, sausage and shrimp.
