Team Building Activity: A Team-Building Treat
This team-building activity is sure to be a tasteful experience for all involved. Chef Kelly will guide you on a culinary exploration where you will discover the nuances of creating an all-star, four-course menu. First, you will spread a delicate layer of goat cheese topped with an assortment of fine herbs over deliciously crunchy crostini. Next, you will assemble a pear and Gorgonzola salad lightly soaked in a Dijon vinaigrette before preparing panko and seaweed-encrusted pork chops. Finally, you will craft a crème chantilly to top a chocolate lava cake.

Chef Kelly created a welcoming and informative learning environment. My husband and I learned a lot, made some great pasta, and enjoyed a great meal because of Chef Kelly. We will now be able to take our new knowledge and make great pasta meals.
