Team Building Activity: Make Authentic Italian Gnocchi

Unlock the secrets of traditional Italian cooking in this team building activity where you and your group will learn how to make fresh, handmade gnocchi. With advice and instruction from Chef Chris, you’ll start with a fresh and crispy crostini with burrata and roasted grapes. Next, you’ll discover how to craft rich and pillowy ricotta gnocchi with a duo of sauces. To round out your menu, you’ll create a classic chicken marsala with fresh balsamic berries and mascarpone cream for dessert.

Olive Oil Crostini With Burrata and Roasted Grapes

With ciabatta, extra virgin olive oil, burrata, red grapes and balsamic vinegar


Pillowy Ricotta Gnocchi With Tomato Vodka Sauce or Auruga-Pecan Pesto

With flour, egg, ricotta, Parmesan cheese; San Marzano tomato, extra virgin olive oil, cream and vodka or arugula, pecans, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil and lemon


Classic Chicken Marsala

With wild mushrooms, Marsala wine, butter, chicken stock, organic chicken, flour and Italian parsley


Balsamic Berries With Mascarpone Cream

With organic strawberries, imported balsamic, basil, heavy cream, mascarpone and confectioner's sugar

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class with Chef Chris. We learned so much about the chemistry of cooling and how easy it really is to make incredibly tasty food from whole ingredients. Looking forward to making meals for our family in the upcoming holiday season- especially some homemade gelato/“ice cream”!
