Team Building Activity: Pasta Basics
It’s time to roll your way to pasta perfection in this hands-on team building activity led by a world-class chef. Using professional tools and expert techniques, you and your team will learn how to make pasta from scratch as well as a variety of flavor-packed sauces and proteins. Begin by mixing flour, eggs, olive oil, a pinch of salt and water to create your very own pasta dough. Next, choose your sauce: simmer a robust red sauce with crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano and salt, or whip up a creamy white sauce using heavy cream, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese and flour. Customize your pasta with a selection of mix-ins like chicken, sausage, shrimp, mushrooms and spinach.
