Learn how to craft a delectable pasta dish and a variety of homemade sauces from scratch in this fun, interactive team building activity. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll get hands-on instruction and personalized advice that will help your team get to know each other even better over a delicious meal. Start by creating your own pasta dough from scratch using flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water. Then choose your sauce adventure: a classic Marinara sauce with crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil and oregano; a delicious Alfredo sauce made from heavy cream, garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese; or a pesto sauce with fresh basil, olive oil, garlic and pine nuts. Elevate your pasta with a variety of mix-ins including chicken, sausage, shrimp, mushrooms and spinach.

This cooking class was awesome. Chef Chazzy is an excellent instructor and the dish was awesome. So very tasty and I have learned that natural herbs can do wonders for the taste of foods. I highly recommend this class if you want to try something new and different.
