The chef was a nice guy, but the experience was underwhelming and totally overpriced for what it was. We met in the back of a noisy brew pub on valentines with 24 people crowded around a small table to follow a simple recipe that just involved measuring and blending ingredients in a blender. There were only three blenders and one set of measuring cups for everyone. For $140, each couple should have had their own space and tools, have been able to select the type of chocolate they wanted to prepare instead of having it assigned, and have left with a chocolate they made themselves. Instead it was a crowded mess leaving us thinking we could have had a far better and less expensive time just finding a recipe online, buying the ingredients, and making chocolate at home.

With over ten years of professional culinary experience, Chef Frederick has worked in vegan and vegetarian restaurant kitchens, learning how to make mouth-watering dishes. Now he's excited to pass that passion and knowledge onto aspiring home chefs and plant-based foodies.
