Team Building Activity: The Great Dip Off
Pack flavor into delicious dishes in this engaging team building activity. Chef Christine will guide your team through the recipes and techniques to make homemade guacamole and salsa. You'll begin by learning how to mash avocados with garlic and lime to make guacamole. Then, chop fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and cilantro to make delicious salsa. Break into smaller groups and add mix-in ingredients, like green chili, corn and mango, to make unique dips to enjoy with tortilla chips and vegetable sticks. Bond outside the office and improve communication and collaboration skills in an engaging class.

Christine was very personable and great discussions. Constructively, she should have had recipes or ingredients for each sauce/marinade as we are unable to reproduce what was made.
