Learn how to make delicious dumplings from scratch in this hands-on team building activity. Chef Danny will guide your team through the recipes and techniques to make traditional dumplings. Bond outside the office as you work together to make savory pork and vegetable filling for dim sum. You'll learn how to fold and crease pork, chicken, shrimp and mushroom potstickers. Learn the recipe for traditional Jiaozi dumplings filled with chicken and vegetables. Improve communication and collaboration skills as you learn to steam and pan-dry the dumplings to perfection. Chef John Perdana was brilliant, he infused tge cooking class with many cooking tips as we watched him prepare the food. He ensured that all class members participated in preparing the food. The food was good and I really liked that we ate family style, and got to get to know each other. It was a great time and I'd definitely take another class with him.
