To begin, you'll make a Parmesan basket and fill it with an Italian salad topped with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Your team will work together to make fresh pasta from scratch by kneading and shaping the dough. Then, make a rich chicken marsala topped with mushrooms. Finish by learning the recipe for a decadent tiramisù layered with mascarpone and coffee. Your team will bond outside the office and improve essential skills.

Chef John Perdana was brilliant, he infused tge cooking class with many cooking tips as we watched him prepare the food. He ensured that all class members participated in preparing the food. The food was good and I really liked that we ate family style, and got to get to know each other. It was a great time and I'd definitely take another class with him.

What an amazing class - relaxing and down to earth. The chef was friendly and the instructions were so easy to follow. Learned a lot! Class is held in a spacious area, so you won't be cramped in a stuffy room! 100% recommend signing up for this extra special experience!
