Team Building Activity: Multi-Course Italian

Craft an Italian feast in this immersive team building activity. Chef Danny will take your team on a culinary journey to Italy. To begin, you'll make a Parmesan basket and fill it with an Italian salad topped with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Your team will work together to make fresh pasta from scratch by kneading and shaping the dough. Then, make a rich chicken marsala topped with mushrooms. Finish by learning the recipe for a decadent tiramisĂą layered with mascarpone and coffee. Your team will bond outside the office and improve essential skills.

We had a BLAST at Chef Ed's Italian cooking class! I had never made pasta from scratch before, and he explained everything clearly. It was super interactive and we had a lovely time! My favorite part was being part of the assembly line of chefs making a massively long sheet of pasta that we would then cut ravioli from. Really fun!
