Master authentic Mexican flavors in this hands-on team building activity. Under the guidance of Chef Danny, your team will learn essential recipes and techniques to make a Mexican fiesta. Your team will work together to make handmade corn and flour tortillas from scratch using flour and masa harina. Then, make a savory enchilada filling with chicken, cheese, herbs and fresh enchilada sauce. You'll make pork tamales in corn husks with green and red chili sauces. Then, make golden-fried churros dusted with sugar for dessert. Bond outside the office and improve on essential skills.

Chef John Perdana was brilliant, he infused tge cooking class with many cooking tips as we watched him prepare the food. He ensured that all class members participated in preparing the food. The food was good and I really liked that we ate family style, and got to get to know each other. It was a great time and I'd definitely take another class with him.

What an amazing class - relaxing and down to earth. The chef was friendly and the instructions were so easy to follow. Learned a lot! Class is held in a spacious area, so you won't be cramped in a stuffy room! 100% recommend signing up for this extra special experience!
