Chef Amy assumes command in a friendly lesson in transforming simple ingredients into stunning pasta shapes. Your crew will learn to craft their own Marinara and Alfredo sauces, cook up prime protein toppings and engage in spirited competition as they make their own savory twist on the classics while vying for Best in Flavor!

This was such a fun experience! We had little to no experience with pasta making and Chef Amy made everything so easy! She’s incredibly patient and made the experience so enjoyable! Also, incredibly delicious!!

Chef Amy has gained plenty of knowledge in her eight years in the culinary industry. Working as a chef in top restaurants, she has mastered crafting a variety of cuisines and innovative recipes. Chef Amy loves combining flavors to create something new and noteworthy, which has led her to open a plant-based ice cream business. Her passion for cooking is evident in the kitchen and she's excited to share that with new audiences.
