We had a great time with Chef Nathan. He was funny and social and made our team building event enjoyable. We learned a lot of interesting culinary facts as well as learned how to use a knife properly...the fact he let this group of women touch knives shows real strength! 10/10 would definitely recommend him again.

The only reason why he gets 2 stars is because of his efforts and everyone was friendly. This chef was definitely not a skilled sushi chef! There were health code violations, under cooked rice, sushi food served on paper plates, just to name a few reasons why I will never use Classpop again.

Nathan trained under several high-caliber award-winning sommeliers, is Safe Serve certified and has over 6 years of experience in culinary management.
