Share a session in making classic guacamole and refreshing salsa in a team building activity where flavor creativity gives you a competitive edge! You and your colleagues will have a smashing time learning how to make these authentic dips, courtesy of Chef Asher. He'll share his expertise in the kitchen while showing you how to do it for yourselves. Then, you'll separate into smaller groups and prove your culinary capabilities in a cooking challenge where putting your own twist on guac and salsa includes a heaping helping of friendly competition!

This class does not actually have you make the dough. Instead you are given premade dough and then you knead the dough and make the shapes. What was really disappointing was all the pasta that was made by everyone was put into one container and then the recipe continued. I though that this was unsanitary because people were touching the dough, then touching other things such as their phones or picking up garbage and then not cleaning their hands. They continued to touch the dough. It would have been better if the Chef had already pre-made enough pasta to continue his recipe, instead of using everyone's pasta.

Chef Asher provided great insight and history to the dish that we made. He was extremely knowledgeable and precisely executed each step of the process in creating the dish. We learned how to make tortillas and create a simple, yet exquisite dish.

My wife is immune compromised and was uncomfortable combining all the pastas. Also, we got a $190 Groupon as a gift but couldn’t use it for any classes that cost near a hundred. Had to use it in a $55 class leaving $80 of the Groupon unused. Please give the unused portion to the cook as a tip.

He graduated with honors from The Art Institute of California, running the school kitchen as Chef de Cuisine and enjoys sharing his expertise with others.
