Team Building Activity: Guac and Salsa Showdown
Share a session in making classic guacamole and refreshing salsa in a team building activity where flavor creativity gives you a competitive edge! You and your colleagues will have a smashing time learning how to make these authentic dips, courtesy of Chef Asher. He'll share his expertise in the kitchen while showing you how to do it for yourselves. Then, you'll separate into smaller groups and prove your culinary capabilities in a cooking challenge where putting your own twist on guac and salsa includes a heaping helping of friendly competition!

I would have like to prepare the dough mixture instead of using prepared dough. Not really a "cooking" class.

The pasta making class with Chef Asher was excellent! His instructions were easy to follow and we had a great time. Pasta was delicious :)

Chef Asher is a phenomenal cook with over 15 years of experience in the culinary scene. His expertise encompasses stellar work in cooking, sous chef, butchering, retail management and serving wholeheartedly as an artisan cheese connoisseur. Chef Asher strives to highlight his passion for the hospitality industry in his exceptional work. He graduated with honors from The Art Institute of California, running the school kitchen as Chef de Cuisine and enjoys sharing his expertise with others.
