Loved Chef Jesse’s knowledge, energy, and patience with the class! While class was scheduled on a holiday, myself and my husband did not feel the class was rushed at all, but rather people got the attention and time they needed! We took the art of sushi making class and both look forward to other classes hosted by Chef Jesse!

Jesse was such a joy to take a class with! The sushi making class was very informative and fun. Jesse has a lot of knowledge around food in general and dropped so many nuggets of wisdom. I also appreciated his relationship to food and cooking, especially the respect he holds for all the ingredients! I also appreciated his flexibility with letting me and my boyfriend reschedule this class. While Classpop couldnt give me a refund/exchange, they connected me to Jesse and he worked diligently with me to find a class date that would work! 10/10
