Good class- chef was engaging and answered all kinds of questions. Gnocchi and sauce were delicious. Venue owner was also focused on ensuring a good experience and overall experience was a great date night.

For over ten years, Chef Chelsea has shared her culinary talents in restaurants around the San Antonio area. Armed with a certificate from Culinary Institute of America, she honed her skills in some of the most popular eateries in the region. Working diverse roles in the dining industry gave her insight into dining as all-encompassing experience, a philosophy that guides Chef Chelsea's culinary sessions for aspiring cooks.
