Battle to craft the best sushi rolls in this hands-on team building activity. Chef Alfi will first guide you to help you master the perfect roll. Learn how to make sushi rice, plus all the basics and essentials. Then, break into smaller groups to make California and vegetable tempura rolls, adding your own unique ingredients. This friendly competition will have your team working together and bonding as they become sushi masters. In the end, you get to try each roll and crown the best one.
