In this engaging team-building activity, learn how to make sushi by hand, then compete to make the best roll. Chef Jenn will teach you the essentials to creating authentic sushi rice to use in California and shrimp tempura rolls. Once you have the basics, you'll break into teams to craft unique sushi rolls using mix-in ingredients, such as mangos, jalapeños and teriyaki. Communicate and collaborate to create the most unique sushi roll and enjoy out-of-the-office bonding. Then, enjoy your sushi feast, sample the other rolls and crown the sushi champions.
