Chef Jimmy will guide you through a world-class dumpling-making team building activity. Laugh along with your colleagues as you discover new techniques and hone your skills in hand-forming dumplings through the process of filling, folding and balancing ingredients. Then, pit yourself against each other in a small groups competition to find out who learned the most about creating quality, flavorful classic dumplings.

After completing military service, Chef Jimmy enrolled in culinary school. Upon completion of his culinary apprenticeship, he earned the title of "certified culinarian" from the American Culinary Federation. He then went on to work at some of the most prestigious properties in the country, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Allison to name a few. He also acted as a culinary instructor at the secondary and post-secondary levels. In 2013, Chef was deemed one of the "Best Chefs in Louisiana" and voted among his chef peers as a "young gun".
