Make delicious sushi and bond with your team in this hands-on team building activity. Allow Chef Pao to teach you the basic techniques and recipes to craft two iconic sushi rolls. Work together to make a classic California roll with crab, avocado and cucumber rolled in nori and rice. Next, make a shrimp tempura roll with fresh cucumber, avocado and rice. Compete to be the winning team while strengthening bonds outside of the office in a fun environment. And finish by enjoying your sushi feast together.

My wife and I learned the basics of Sushi making with Chef Pao and had a great time. He was so personable and kind to us throughout the process and very knowledgeable of the proper techniques and ingredients to use! I highly recommend him as a teacher!

As someone who loves sushi and likes to occasionally dabble in making it I actually learned a couple good tricks of the craft and I enjoyed the class. I originally bought it for my girlfriend and I but ended up being single so I went with my mom. We had a beer at the brewery and ended up having a great time. Chef Pao was eager to answer questions and help us through the process. Highly recommend.

Le Cordon Bleu graduate and sushi master Chef Pao has earned a reputation in the Twin Cities for his mastery of both traditional and contemporary sushi plates and presentations as well as a number of other Asian cuisines. Today, Chef Pao plays host to a variety of interactive, one-of-a-kind cooking classes, and owns and operates his own catering business, which is known for taking events and gatherings to the next — and most delicious — level.
