Team Building Activity: Fine French Feast

This team building activity from Chef Danny is the perfect forum for your crew to get in on the culinary collaboration! Chefs of all abilities will expand their kitchen skills as they learn to create dishes from the delicious tradition of French cuisine. Students will prepare their own takes on a refreshing salad niçoise, a succulent filet and a crème brûlée that crackles with sweet decadence. Chefs Alex and Edgar were good but we didn't see Chef Danny. While we overall had a fun time, we started late as some others showed up late and we didn't get all the instruction we could have had. We tipped in cash. Oh....food was good and while we BYOB there was already some wine at the event.

Chef Danny was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared many tips not only about what we were cooking, but general cooking tips as well. The kitchen was clean and well maintained.
