In this team building activity, Chef Birdie will guide you and your group through the delightful challenges of cake decoration. As you collaborate and learn together, you'll master the use of novel decorating tools and techniques, transforming simple cakes into exquisite and edible works of art.

Chef Birdie taught a really fun and informative class. Everyone that attended enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend her highly. The salsas we made were delicious and her guacamole was fabulous. She also offered up various tweaks to make things to you/your groups liking as well as actionable knowledge to use at home. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of to go containers to use for leftovers, which she kindly offered at the end of our event.

Birdie is very sweet but the class was not as interactive as it could have been and it was definitively geared towards children—we made Cookie Monster ice cream with cheap ingredients. It was disappointing.

Birdie was awesome and laid things out for us in an easy and really fun way. We made cookies and cream ice cream that was delicious. We hope to do more classes in the future. If you’re interested in this class, do yourself and favor and sign up. It was a great time.
