Bring your crew into the kitchen for a bit of dip-centered culinary competition in this team building activity from Chef Andrea. She'll share her secrets for creating a duo of delicious dips that are sure to get your team in the mood to make food! Chef Andrea begins with a lesson in the art of salsa and guacamole, two of the most popular and easy-to-make party foods. Then, your gang breaks into smaller teams to prepare their own takes on both dips, using fresh tomatoes, zesty onions, aromatic cilantro and spicy jalapenos. They'll enjoy their creations with veggie sticks, tortilla chips and other dippers as their recipes are judged for flavor and creativity.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
