Pottery was a bit more challenging than I expected but Mr. Leroy was an incredible teacher. Outdoor atmosphere and cool date spot.

The idea was great but he cut our class way short. What we paid for was 3 hours, what we got was an hour and a quarter and then he rushed us out and told me I was done before I could do my second one. This came after he used a tool to cut the side of what I was originally doing and cause it to fall apart, I'm assuming due to it being thin, be he was more than happy to help the other young lady fix hers multiple times. He was personable up until that younger couple came in and then stopped talking to us to fawn and awkwardly kept commenting over the young lady and fan-boying over how the guy used to be a football player. (Not a knock on them, they were very nice). It was disorganized too, I made the trip after 2 weeks of waiting to pick up our pieces and he lost one of my wifes. Then painted the rims of each haphazardly without it ever being mentioned to us. We decided going to get the second wasn't worth it after. It was disappointing when it was intended to be an anniversary gift for my wife.

Was a relaxed evening In an open concept pottery class room. We were late and probably missed some instruction, but he worked with us and we had fun, and we're so glad there were wheelchair accommodations. Everyone was nice. The instructions to get to the classroom were clear if you understood that the breezeway between the restaurants is up the silver ramps, like you're dining at the brewery.

This was my first time using a pottery wheel and it was fun! From the time I booked the class, there was good communication. I received confirmation that my booking went through, and they provided the class location as well. Our instructor was helpful and walked around to assist with the pottery we were making. Overall, good experience but they should consider adding more space because at times, it got a bit crowded in areas, especially when people were designing their pottery at the end.

There was too much background noise during the class that I kept getting distracted from the instructor. It was an interesting experience. I’m not sure if I would do it again.

Several friends and I had a girls night with LeRoy as our pottery instructor. While I enjoyed creating the pottery and the company of friends which made the fun, there were several problems. Initially I requested a 6pm but Leroy stated because of the 3 hours it takes 5 pm would be best. We agreed to the 5pm only to arrive and another group were in the space and we had to wait 45 minutes. Secondly, it felt rushed. It would have been nice to have an information on benefits of the clay, cultures that use clay, and how LeRoy got started. Also, when I asked about adding another person to it group of 6, he said no problem. Although the person did not show, there are only 6 wheels and he uses 1 for demonstrations. Which meant 1 person in our group could not do it with us. Lastly we were not provided an option of what to make as mentioned in the description. Otherwise LeRoy is a very nice guy.
