Pottery Class: Handcrafted Sgraffito Platters
Discover the visual magic of adding the decorative technique of sgraffito, which means "scratched" in Italian, to a prepared ceramic platter in this exciting art class with Instructor Kaytea. This age-old art form involves scratching a design into contrasting colors of glaze to produce stunning effects. Your instructor will lead you step-by-step through a lesson that artists of all abilities can follow. The finished work is a striking platter you'll be proud to show off while serving your favorite dish during the next special occasion.
