Laura is an extremely knowledgeable sommelier. This tasting was excellent.
Sommelier Laura is not only a certified sommelier but also a chef, cooking instructor and author. She has over 20 years of culinary experience under her belt, which is evident in her work. Sommelier Laura holds a Grand Diplôme in Classic Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center as well as an Intensive Sommelier Training certificate. While she dabbles in many things, her main focus is leading wine tastings and hosting virtual or physical culinary experiences.
