This class was AWESOME! Our host really explained the process and different techniques used. He also made me feel like I could chime in and ask more questions if need be. And of course the three drink were delicious. Very unique recipes!

We had a great time learning some of Brett's signature cocktails while celebrating my Dad's birthday! Brett was very knowledgeable, fun, professional, and easy to follow. Lots of good discussion and background info when we asked questions or wanted to dive in further. We all felt like we got a well-tailored, informative session that was light-hearted and fun. I'd recommend Brett to anyone looking for a bespoke fun cocktail hour!
