Join professional Mixologist Anthony for an interactive online mixology class and learn how to prepare nonalcoholic versions of three classic cocktails. For your first mocktail, you'll learn how to shake up a sweet-and-spicy "Moscow Jewel" with lime, ginger beer and coconut water. Then, Mixologist Anthony will teach you how to mix up a gin-free Tom Collins, as well as a Paloma mocktail featuring citrus flavor notes, but no tequila.

Mixologist Anthony — known as Professor Baker on Instagram — is a Cocktail Professor and Bartending Instructor in New York City who crafts timeless cocktails and creates elaborate beverage concoctions that push the limits of molecular gastronomy. He’s spent several years honing his skills behind the bar in many Manhattan hotspots and loves sharing his passion for shaking, stirring and sipping drinks with his students in his interactive classes.
