Named for Count Camillo Negroni, this apéritif trio uses Campari and sweet vermouth as a base.
You'll learn how to mix and stir three Negroni cocktails in this virtual cocktail class. You'll begin with a Negroni sour prepared with a twist of lemon. Next up is a Negroni Tom Collins with soda. Finally, you'll make a Negroni 75 with gin and sparkling wine added to the Campari and sweet vermouth base.

Mixologist Anthony — known as Professor Baker on Instagram — is a Cocktail Professor and Bartending Instructor in New York City who crafts timeless cocktails and creates elaborate beverage concoctions that push the limits of molecular gastronomy.
