Good quality absinthe, such as: St. George, Copper & Kings, Jade 1901, Mansinthe, Vieux Pontarlier, Leopold Bros, Pernod (not Pastis), Absinthe Ordinaire and Duplais. Czech or bohemian-style absinthe and anise spirits are not recommended.
