Fri, Jan 10th
Gather your lemons, eggs and grenadine for an online mixology class featuring whiskey, gin and the art of the dry shake. Mixologist Roxi will teach you how to take your entertaining skills to the next level. You'll learn how to craft three classic sour cocktails using the froth factor of egg whites in this virtual cocktail class. Roxi puts a fun and intimidation-free spin on mixing the classic whiskey sour, gin fizz and clover club. Vegan and egg allergy mixologists need not worry: Aquafaba can be used in place of egg whites.
