In this virtual cocktail class, you’ll learn recipes and techniques for concocting a fun, tropical piña rita and an intriguing smoke-and-spice margarita. You’ll also explore the art of tequila appreciation and learn the history and fun facts about this beloved spirit.

Mixologist Anthony — known as Professor Baker on Instagram — is a Cocktail Professor and Bartending Instructor in New York City who crafts timeless cocktails and creates elaborate beverage concoctions that push the limits of molecular gastronomy. He’s spent several years honing his skills behind the bar in many Manhattan hotspots and loves sharing his passion for shaking, stirring and sipping drinks with his students in his interactive classes.
